We are currently recruiting for the following roles across Thunder Bay and surrounding areas:
• Personal Support Workers PSWs
• Home Support Workers
• Companions CaregiversDepending on the role and client needs, responsibilities may include personal care assistance, companionship, dementia support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, respite care, and accompaniment to appointments.

We welcome applicants who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to client centered care.
Typical requirements include:
• PSW certificate from a recognized Ontario educational institution or equivalent experience
• Experience providing care in home or community settings preferred
• Clear vulnerable sector police record check
• First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
• Reliable transportation for community based roles -
