  • We are currently recruiting for the following roles across Thunder Bay and surrounding areas:

    • Personal Support Workers PSWs
    • Home Support Workers
    • Companions Caregivers

    Depending on the role and client needs, responsibilities may include personal care assistance, companionship, dementia support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, respite care, and accompaniment to appointments.

  • We welcome applicants who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to client centered care.

    Typical requirements include:
    • PSW certificate from a recognized Ontario educational institution or equivalent experience
    • Experience providing care in home or community settings preferred
    • Clear vulnerable sector police record check
    • First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
    • Legal eligibility to work in Canada
    • Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
    • Reliable transportation for community based roles
